Tarver Program Consultants, Inc. has been developing high quality software products for and providing consulting services to national clients since 1992. Our primary mission is to develop software and methods to move large volumes of data between various software systems. Secondarily, we have published several software products for vertical markets sold primarily via the Internet.

It is our goal to reduce or eliminate the waste associated with the re-keying of data that already exists in an electronic format. Corporate America spends millions of dollars each year manually re-entering data either because of changes in software or computer systems. While our focus is primarily related to payroll data, we are actively seeking customers who want to move any data from one format to another.

Our customers range from small independent organizations to public utilities and multinational corporations. Currently, we support clients in 46 states. We have been developing customized software for over 30 years and we look forward to working with unique clients who have unique problems to solve.

When we started the company, we named it Quality PC to remind us every day that our primary goal is to provide the highest quality products and services. We are choosy about the products we sell because we believe that while there may be less expensive products out there; you really do get what you pay for. Home customers look to Quality PC to provide guidance to help them sort through all of the choices in hardware and software and select the computer that will meet their computer needs and balance those choices against their budget.

Tarver Program Consultants, Inc & Quality PC of Meridian have been locally owned and operated by Paul and Pam Tarver since 1992. And, the cute guy in our logo is named “Kandu The Guru” and he has been our company mascot since 1994!
