Meeting the public on a daily basis is difficult to say the least, and as small business owners we all have either experienced customers like the ones shown in the video below or we soon will!
Believe me they are out there! This video is not only be fun to watch and commiserate with the owners shown but to hopefully will teach us to not like be these customers either.
